Model 103: Give Credit

Let’s be honest we love to have our photos taken by a professional photographer! Once you receive the images the photographers sends you, you begin to look through the images and omg! You find the photo and this is the photo you should post to social media because look at you…yasss hunti you did that! You worked that camera (giving us face, serve hunti!) and that outfit is something you must share! Then you upload the image with a killer caption, “Look at me!” Okay we see you hunti!

You gain over 100 likes and family, friends, and others are re-posting this image you captioned, “Look at me!” Bravo, great job and you have caught one of your dreams! Listen, it’s not just you that others are looking at in this photo because the photographer saw you to capture the right angle and lighting of you for the image.  Oh my, let’s not forget that trendsetter wardrobe stylist and how he/she provided you with an exclusive look from a designers upcoming collection and it appeal to you and your confidence. Also, how about the hairstylist that made sure your hair was done? Oh, and fellas, that barber that lined you and cleaned up that beard of yours? My goodness, the make-up artist. Yasss hunti, the one who covered up any blemishes, dark circles under your eyes, and created you a hairline because your barber pushed yours back lol!

Give credit to those that helped you behind the scenes to provide you with that dope image that you captioned, “Look at me!” Include them as well by gathering the photographer, make-up artist, hair stylist, and wardrobe stylist’s social media information. Also, if there are other models in the shoot with you, grab their social media information and make sure to tag them as well.

I believe the best way to remain humble is to acknowledge those that were involved in the image captioned, “Look at me!” because it’s not just you in the photo lovey! It’s a creative group of people behind that image that deserves just as much recognition as you, give credit to them!

Tag them in the photo with their social media names, you can also add their information under the caption (see below)
